My initial communication with Riva Rentals took place before I even move to Rotterdam. Violet responded quickly to my first e-mail explaining the rental process. I easily chose a few apartments, through the website, that fit my requirements and forwarded to Riva. Nina van Oosterbosch took over as my rental agent and arranged everything for the viewing (along with Eelke), introduction to the landlord, drafting of the contracts and finally check-in to the apartment. All the communication is very clear and professional and responses are immediate. Great service and probably the best choice for finding a new apartment smoothly. Thank you Nina, Violet and Eelke!
